Labels & Documentation
For tracking and accountability, printed labels may be required at the pickup location.
If labels are unable to be printed, alternative arrangements can be organised. Please note that additional handling and administrative requirements may apply in such cases.
Waiting & Demurrage
To support efficient operations, a standard allowance is provided for loading and unloading at both pickup and delivery locations.
Any delays beyond the allocated time may result in additional waiting time charges in accordance with carrier policies.
Cancellations & Futile Trips
Bookings may be cancelled without charge prior to pickup scheduling.
Cancellations made close to the scheduled pickup time may incur a cancellation fee due to prior allocation of carrier resources.
If a driver attends the pickup location and the freight is not ready, inaccessible, or cannot be collected due to incorrect or incomplete information, a futile trip fee may apply.
Liability & Insurance
Transit insurance is not included as part of our standard service.
While we partner with reputable carriers, we do not accept liability for loss or damage to goods in transit unless expressly agreed in writing.
Customers are strongly encouraged to arrange their own insurance where coverage is required.
Additional Charges
Any changes made after booking confirmation — including amendments to delivery instructions, redelivery requests, access limitations, or incorrect/incomplete details — may result in additional charges, subject to carrier approval.
General
All services are provided in accordance with standard Australian carrier terms and conditions.
Delivery and collection timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to operational requirements, weather conditions, traffic, or other factors beyond our control.
